- Identity & contact data: name, email address, phone/WhatsApp number.
- Transaction data: products/services purchased and payment status (processed by the payment gateway; we do not store your card data).
- Usage data: interactions with the site and services to improve quality.

We use data to provide and manage the services, process payments, provide customer support, send service-related communications, and comply with legal obligations.
3. Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal data. Data is shared only with trusted service providers that support our operations (e.g. the Midtrans payment gateway, official WhatsApp/Meta messaging providers) to the extent necessary, or where required by law.

We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect data, and retain it only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law.
